Our commitment to artisanal excellence is evident in our small-batch, handcrafted gelato made from the finest ingredients, including farm-fresh milk, Cold brew Thai tea, and Uji Matcha directly imported from Kyoto, Japan.
At Smorgasburg, our gelato has become a sensation, with accolades from renowned food writer like Jenn Harris of the Los Angeles Times. The signature "Special" boasts two scoops of gelato over coconut sticky rice, served in a gluten-free pizzelle coconut waffle bowl with toasted grated coconut and caramelized sugar.
